How Do I Place an Order ?

To place an order, you do not need to have an active account. Once you see the product that interest you, simply follow the ordering steps by clicking on the button Buy Now.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address ?

By default, the last shipping address will be saved into the store. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you will have the option to ammend it if you need to.

Is There a Checkout Limit ?

There is no checkout limit to your account. All you need is to ensure you have avalid credit card with money inside. 

How Can I Track My Order ?

To track your order, you need to have an active account and a valid order number. Then click on he menu Track Order, fill the form and submit. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a lifetime tracking.

What Happened When I do Place Many Orders ?

It can happened that the product you choose is not in the same location (warehouse) as the others. In such cases, your order will be received partially that it is, one after another. This is done in order to safe delivery time.

How I My Order Shipped ?

We use many shiping lines to satisfy you. All shiping lines do have tracking services to halp you track your parcel life. For express services, kindly choose DHL, TNT or UPS. By Default choose DHL as they deserve nearly the whole world.

What Happened in the event of wrong receipt/missing products/unsatisfactory ?

Please accept our apologies if such incident happen to you. We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.

In the event that the order is missing, we will require you to email us a clear picture proof of your delivery order. We will check with the shipping line and once confirmation is received from the shipping line, we will resend your product at no cost.

In the event that you received the wrong product we will required a picture proof of the wrongly sent product and the delivery order and after reviewing, we will resend the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.

In the event that the product received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require picture proof of the product and the delivery order as well and you may be required to send us back the sample for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before before taking picture proof and emailing the picture to us.

How do I cancel my order before I make a payment ?

After logging into your account, go to your shopping cart. There you will be able to make payment or cancel the order. Note ; we cannot give refund once payment is verified.

Which payment Gateway is accepted ?

We mainly accept payments done by Stripe and Skrill. Paypal payment option is not accepted for the moment.
